Kolor-Lok™ is a unique and proven color-matching office file system from AADS. It provides an incredibly efficient alternative to traditional alphabetic and numeric office filing to organize your office. AADS's proprietary office filing solution will allow your office to work more quickly and easily than ever.Kolor-Lok™ folders are separated into sections alphabetically by last name. They are then sub-grouped into one of ten folder colors by first name. This dual grouping enables you to quickly go to a small subset containing the file folder you are looking for and quickly scan for an individual’s data. Replacing folders is just as fast. Folders are placed in front of their correct section when you're done with them.
